Importance of Honey

Honey is very rich. A kilogram of it (4 cups) is equal to 5 kilograms of milk. And it is equivalent to eating 30 pieces of bananas or 20 egg or 11.75 kg of meat, or 12 kg of green leaves. It is therefore advisable to form the habit of using honey.

Many healing properties are attributed to the use of honey. It is without doubt a very potent and natural body fuel. It contains 22 nutrients that are required by man for complete and perfect health.
